Welcome to the research study titled "Institutional Assessment of a Social Entrepreneurship in Public Administration." This study is conducted by Sarah Callif, a candidate for a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at The Evergreen State College. Family, friends, stakeholders, and strangers alike are invited to participate.
The purpose of this research project is for Sarah to complete an institutional assessment of her sole proprietorship and barter-system business, HEEL ME. Since applying for the MPA program, Sarah’s purpose has been to build an accessible summer camp for people with disabilities. Now, she can make that dream a reality by strategically assessing and improving her entrepreneurial experiences. Results will be published in HEEL ME's annual report during the summer of 2018.
If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete an anonymous, online survey. This survey will ask for your perceptions of HEEL ME's mission and services. Risks to you are minimal and are likely to be no more than mild discomfort with sharing your opinion. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You can skip questions or opt out at any time. You may not directly benefit from this research; however, Sarah anticipates a growing sense of gratitude and collaboration in her communities.
